Kids Boxing (Ages 6–17)
We use boxing as a tool to build more than fitness. Each session teaches correct technique, develops coordination, and builds discipline, focus, and respect. Your child will leave every class more confident than they arrived.

Adults Boxing (18+, All Levels)
Structured technical boxing for adults with no experience required. You will learn how to punch, move, and think like a boxer while getting in the best shape of your life. Coached sessions — not open gym chaos.
